This studio is dedicated to reproducing art at the highest possible standard using the very latest technology. We have a team of highly experienced retouchers and art workers who have been working with the most demanding customers for the last twenty years to deliver excellence. Our clients have included: Tate, MoMA, SFMoMA, The Smithsonian Institute, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, alongside a list of highly respected private clients.
Every print process starts with the capture.
If it's transparencies or negatives we'll drum scan them using our Heidelberg scanner. If it's original artwork or a print we use cutting edge image scanning technology with the Cruse synchron system. This allows us to capture up to 500Mb from originals up to 225cm X 150cm with incredible detail and clarity. The Cruse scanner has a variable lighting system, which means we can capture the shape and relief in an original oil painting or 3D object. Coupled with custom ICC colour profiles and years of extensive experience it's as good as scanning gets. If you're supplying your own files they will enter into our fully ICC managed workflow.
