Louise Nisbet

Louise Nisbet works from her studio at home in the north west of England where she lives with her husband and two children. She loves to walk in the countryside, especially in the nearby Lake District which is a constant source of inspiration in both her life and work. Having completed a BA (Hons) degree in Fine Art, Louise started working in the greetings card business as an in-house designer. She loved the fast-paced environment and ever-changing trends, and after some years of working in-house, she decided to take the exciting step of setting up her own business. Louise now works for both the UK high street and the international market. The combination of her design knowledge and fine art background has resulted in beautifully accomplished wall art pieces. Through sophisticated poses, her fashion prints have an air of elegance in keeping with the traditional, while her skilful brushwork pushes her illustrations into the contemporary sphere.
