Artisan

Artisan designs are set to be key in 2017/18. Earthy tones are a strong colour direction and real natural textures inspire organic prints. Marble, desert sand and rock come together with wood and bark effects. Tree and leaf motifs, and folk imagery where stitching and hand embellishment is evident, also take centre stage. The Artisan trend is all about incorporating hand-crafted elements into designs and using pattern and rustic textures found in nature.
